I have been taking aqua classes for more than 15 years and have been a certified aqua instructor since 2014. I choreograph routines that are fun and engaging and tailor them to meet your current fitness level as well as your specific fitness goals.
Aqua Fitness Routines
My routines include a wide range of exercises using arms, legs, and core to ensure total body workout. I make use of equipment such as foam dumbbells, noodles, aqua balls, and swim boards.
The aqua fitness workouts are focused on:
- strengthening the heart through cardio workout
- increasing flexibility with stretching
- building up muscle by working with water resistance
- improving balance
- mental stimulation by memorizing routines
- social interaction with a class
- elevating mood
My goal is to both instruct and inspire and help clients get fit while having fun. For some people, private aqua fitness personal training or small group aqua lessons are the perfect way to get started to see if they are comfortable doing aqua fitness before they take a class at a gym or public pool. Others just feel more comfortable working out in the privacy of their own home on a regular basis. My teaching style is supportive and encouraging.
Aqua Fitness Lesson Rates
You can arrange for one-on-one private aqua lessons, or you can invite friends for small group aqua lessons.
Rates are for a 1-hour class within my local area.
$35 for a 1-hour one-on-one private lesson
$20 per person for 2-3 people
$15 per person for 4 or more people
